Yoga for Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a very special  time during which a woman’s body and mind experience tremendous change. Yoga offers you time out from your daily routine, teaching you a gentle form of exercising and toning with care and awareness for your growing baby,  allows your body to open gently in preparation for birth, enables you to release physical tension and emotional fears, and teaches you relaxation techniques which you can use throughout your pregnancy and birth. 
 
You do not need to have former experience of yoga to join these classes.  All pregnant women are welcome from week 14 on in your pregnancy.  Classes are small and offered on a first come first serve basis.
